Routhier is the founder of MRF Dressage. With 25+ years of
experience in riding and training horses, Michele offers her students unparalleled
professionalism and quality in training and instruction.
Michele
has ridden with many top US and European dressage trainers and continues
her professional education through regular lessons and clinics and is an
active competitor as well. As a longtime student of Pam Goodrich,
Michele maintains high-standards in the training of horses and riders
alike while offering a supportive atmosphere in which all can learn
actively and enjoy the sport of dressage.
Michele
has a unique ability to work with riders of all levels and horses of all
backgrounds. She draws on her considerable experience to develop a
riding and training program that will challenge her clients and bring
out their full potential. Horses and riders both respond very well to
her positive teaching and training methods.
As
the owner and operator of MRF Dressage, Michele also maintains high
standards for the quality and professional care provided to the horses
at MRF Dressage. She has created a quiet and comfortable equine
environment and has assembled a very experienced and dedicated team to
provide top-notch care to all of the horses at MRF Dressage.
